Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) achieved another milestone by renewing the International Standards Certified (ISO 10015) for Training and Development System for the third consecutive year.
This came as a result of the outstanding commitment to the quality of the training system by SDHR in its management and services that promote development of staff and applying world class standards in training.

Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Member of the Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) said that the Directorate passed the audit of the Integrated Management Systems to achieve the renewal of the International Standard for Training Systems ISO, which confirm commitment to international standards.

He emphasised that the directorate permanent commitment of integrated management systems in all their tasks were the main continues enhancing process for the directorate to promote the happiness and satisfaction of its target employees of the Government of Sharjah employees and job seekers.

Bin Khadem concluded noting that ISO Contributes internally to raise the performance of the employees of the directorate and improve the quality of work. The quality system in the department is subject to periodic evaluation by senior management in order to meet the requirements of ISO and achieve the overall strategy of the department.
